Directions to the Essex Town Hall:
From Route 9 South: Exit 3. Left onto Route 154. At light go left onto West Avenue. Go a mile or less. Left onto Grove Street to park in the rear. The town hall is on the corner of Grove and West Avenue after the library. From Route 9 North: Exit 3. Left onto Route 154. At light go RIGHT onto West Avenue. (Map below)
